This set is a great way for kids to learn how to use safely a bow and arrow. This one is durable and functions very well. It is the perfect size for our teenagers to learn with. We love the carrying case and the way it all fits without moving around. The bow itself was easy to string and has good elasticity, the arrows are nice and sturdy and stick well into the haystacks.

Good beginner bow, breaks down for easy transport/storage

My daughter (9) wanted this for her birthday and we were hesitant about it. After we got it and she opened it, I was surprised to find how quickly she picked it up! It was easy to set up and everything fits/stores together which is very important. We got a foam target as well and she was able to play with it outside and do target practice. We're still working on our skills but she loves how it works and that there are a few arrows versus just one or two to practice with. She has so much fun playing with it!

For a kids toy it's okay to shoot around for fun but do not expect to have much accuracy. The design of the bow so you can hold it with either hand makes it so the arrow is angled slightly outward when it sits on the arrow rest. So the arrow shoots outward instead of straight. To make up for this you have to turn your body slightly to make the arrow go towards the center where you aim.

Good product - lots of fun for kids and safe if playing outdoors with no one in range of arrow.
