Simple, sturdy design that works perfectly to connect my headset to my Yamaha 585-X piano keyboard. (But I did have to use a splitter to mic and sound as well given that my headset has a built-in mic.)

Works fine for me. I'm using it to hook a pair of headphones that have a 3.5mm jack to a receiver that has a full-size jack. The adapter stays in snugly, but not so snug that it can't be removed (I have the one with the plastic housing). No problems at all with the headphones making a good connection and the audio quality seems just fine.I was a little apprehensive buying these given all the bad reviews, but figured it was worth a gamble since it only cost $1.47. Glad I got it -- works fine and was much less expensive than other models. Plus, this was one of the few adapters that came as a single -- a lot of the other offerings come in packs of 2, 4 or more. I just needed one!

Overall, I find this adapter very useful! It allows me to use my headphones to listen to myself playing my keyboard because the keyboard has larger holes for the headphone jack. It is also very helpful for using your headphone to listen to an amp. The only thing is that when I put it into my keyboard, the construction of the adapter feels only a little flimsy as it goes into the slot. This is no real problem. Overall, the adapter is a life-savior that allows me to play the keyboard when everyone else is sleeping. The photo below is one slot I plug it into! Hope this helps :-)

3.5mm input jack doesn't fit. it doesn't even look broken at all, it just straight up doesn't fit. the 1/4in output fits fine, but the fact that a 3.5mm jack doesn't fit into it (it doesn't allow the jack to go in fully) makes it completely useless. I know it's only $2, but don't waste your time.

I needed this to plug in my regular wired headphones, normally used for plugging into a phone or computer, into an audio interface. This audio jack sounds good and I have had no problems with it so far.

These 1/4” TRS adapters are great. They are reliable and do what they need to without issue. They’re also not particularly expensive—you get a superior product for what you pay.If you need 1/4” TRS adapters (for—say—plugging a set of headphones into a stereo amplifier or a mixing board) I definitely recommend these.

I don't know an the durability since I just got it, but it works great with my old 3.5 to 3.5 mm cable. I purchased a much pricier cable with dedicated 1/4" to 3.5mm. this does the se thing just as well. So if you are on a budget and have an old 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable and are just looking to plug your phone or player into an instrument jack like I was, this works great. Thanks
