Perfect plaque for the box for my Dad's ashes. I'm very happy with the quality, lettering, metal and speedy delivery.

I bought these 1.5"x5" plaques to affix to a pair of wooden garden benches I sent to my niece as a wedding gift -- like the benches you see in public gardens. To make the plaques special, I wanted to add the logo she designed for their wedding invitations, together with a favorite quote about gardening. After a bit of difficulty (I had to do online chat with Amazon, then call Amazon on the phone to find out how to contact the seller), I ordered the two plaques and wrote "email me for custom design" in the special instructions when you customize as part of the ordering process (Amazon told me to do this).The seller promptly emailed me and I emailed back my PDF file with the embedded logo and garden quote in the exact position I wanted. I also emailed a separate file of the just the logo, thinking they would recreate everything with their available fonts. Except . . . wow!!! Within a few days I received THE MOST GORGEOUS custom plaques in a soft brass finish, ready to affix with supplied screws. But they weren't "recreated" . . . they were laser-engraved using my artwork exactly as I had emailed it -- my fonts, logo, everything in its exact position.I'm thrilled beyond measure! I got exactly what I wanted because I supplied the artwork.Do not hesitate to purchase from this vendor. They are 5-star. If anything, I would kindly suggest to the seller to add a "Contact This Seller" link somewhere on their product pages or their store page. I couldn't find it anywhere and neither could Amazon. While it all worked out very well in the end, I did not know at time of order whether my request could be accommodated or how the plaques would look. I'm more than pleased, however a contact link somewhere would be very helpful for pre-purchase questions.
