Heavy duty backhoe
I expected to receive half decent quality backhoe but it is way better than I thought. Seems well made. All the parts move and is a heavy duty metal toy. I expect this to last for years to come. My little man absolutely loves it.

Check the sizing, Its tiny
Just make sure you look to find details for the size from the photos. I figured it’d be five or 6 inches tall eight or 9 inches long but in reality it’s not much bigger than a hot wheel car.

Xmas present I thought it would have been bigger

Great item. Just not for a toy
This is not to be used for a toy it is more of a collective item. It is very durable metal I was actually suprised with the quality. But, It was broken with 2 days with the arm suspension. The arm no longer stays up and falls down. No longer holds the upward position. And on day 1 the treads fell off repeatedly. However, I highly recommend for an individual who is into collecting. Just not great for a toy

It’s a lot smaller than it looks.
I was disappointed in this toy. It was very small. I wish I didn’t have to read the fine print of everything I buy on Amazon.

Good quality, kinematically a bit off
Good quality die cast toy, appropriate for ~20 bucks. You can get a better model like an Ertl, but you'd spend double or more. Yes, this is small at 4 inches long, but it is 1:50 scale. The kinematics on the rear boom are a bit off, the pivot is placed away from the rear to make manufacturing easy, but then they don't allow the arm to pivot past vertical like a real backhoe when they stow, so it sticks out like a sore thumb. You have to stow the bucket curled up to make it so the rear end isn't lifted off when displayed, which looks misproportioned. My kids loves it though, probably better as a kids toy than an engineering model as claimed.
