This product is great for neutralizing odors. The only thing I notice and it has happened the last 3 times I bought this product, the sprayer breaks after 1 day. Luckily I had another bottle to use. Other then that love this product

We used this product back in 1993 because it was recommended by a store employee when our dog met up with a skunk. Unbelievable how good it worked. (Don't believe the tomato juice story) When we tried to purchase it again we were told it was unavailable. Well here it is 2020 and it happened again, to a new dog. So just for the heck of it, I looked it up on line and was so lucky to have found it again. After 6 days of pure skunk hell, we are now able to breathe again. Awesome, awesome product

I've used this product for various odors over the last few years. For most odors, it does a reasonably good job. It's a little pricey but, unlike some of the others, it doesn't have an unpleasant odor.

This stuff works! A cat I was caring for peed on a favorite chair in the living room. I thought we would have to dispose of the chair. I tried this in a last effort to save the chair. The odor was gone! I don't care for how it smells, but it definitely neutralized the cat odor and left no after odor. I have kept this product on hand ever since and it has never failed, no matter what the odor.

Sprayer only worked two(2) squeezes then quit working.

The product was able to clear odors that we could see on the surfaces but could not clear out the odors we weren't able to reach directly. The surfaces that we took apart and cleaned with X-O neutralized the Eucalyptus Oil but the areas that we could only spray down into didn't get the odor. We ended up using Coffee grounds in a bowl to finish the job, Still have some lingering odor but 98% good now.

You cannot beat this product. If your dog or cat has an accident all you have to do is clean it up and spray the area with this and all smells go away. Don't be afraid to try it you can always return it.

Bought product for rat urine smell in a bathroom. Sprayed it down once. Worked very well. Been two weeks and no smell.
