The media could not be loaded.  I bought these PANLOS Building Bricks as a birthday present my soon to be 7 years old niece, she loves building blocks since she was a little toddler. So I saw these cute educational set on her favorite color pink, plus an ice cream truck, her other favorite wow I’ll be the best aunt.There are 553 pieces inside of the box all 12 different cars come in separate bags, you can make 2 different designs out of every bag so 25 different fun way ms for your child to expand their intellectual curiosity and creativity.The brick size is small that is why I didn’t get any for my granddaughters, but I will as soon as they get a little older, this is a nice set that will entertain kids for hours, while using their imagination to create endless possibilities.Excellent toy, highly recommended but for kids 6 and up.

As a teacher, I'm always looking for STEM toys that will stimulate science and math concepts as well as creativity. This set is perfect for my 7 year old grand! She is able to easily snap the blocks together and follow the picture diagrams in the included booklet and the directions show exactly how many of each block are needed to make each step. She's a very girly, girl so she totally loves all the pink colors and the ice cream mobile! It has already provided hours and hours of fun play for her and I love the that she is learning necessary STEM concepts while having fun!

I bought this cute set for my 7 yo niece’s birthday!! She was so excited & couldn’t wait to play with it!!! The pieces are comparable to the name-brand sets and instructions are easy & very clear. My Sister says she loves that the pieces come in several small bags so it’s easy to clean up when playing is done for the day. The colors are vibrant and decals are detailed. She is super happy with this set! Super fun to play with! Makes a perfect gift!!💜💜

A few missing pieces, disappointing set

This product is so cute. Heads up, all the pieces are pretty much small pieces. Being that they are used for the other 12 items you can build. So building the ice cream van is much harder to work with and build especially for a small child. Makes it harder to put the blocks together. I did have 1 item broken in the box and the figure did not have a face or shirt have a design. There wasn't a sticker to fix this, so I contacted them and they are sending replacements for these items. I'll update after I receive them.8/19/20 Update: Have already received the replaced items with extra that I didn't request. Very impressed with the company and love the product.

Oh my these make the cutest vignettes! You get 12 bags, stickers, instruction book and each bag can be used to make 1 of 2 models. Combining all the bags will make the large ice cream truck though we haven’t attempted yet as we love them small. Each bag is labeled with a number followed by a letter (A-L) to match the diagram in the booklet. Some pieces are harder to connect but that appears to be due to size, not quality. My five year old is creating a little city, loves the detail and excited that some pieces even move! Challenging for age 5 so we are doing this together.

My 5 year old is obsessed with legos. After missing too many peices to a “ice cream store” he got second hand we’ve been looking for something affordable but similar. He finished putting this together after 2 evenings and its so cute- bright and cheerful. Perfect for any you g builder in your life. Also like the possibilities to build and creat quite a few things.

My 6-year-old Grand princess loves LEGO’s but they are crazy expensive with only a few pieces. This kit came with lots of pieces to create with easy-to-follow instructions. We played for hours and still have more to build!

We thought it was the Lego friends but it wasn’t but that was ok my niece was really happy with it easy to follow the instructions. She had built the ice cream truck and it takes place on her shelf with her other ones.

This pretty in pink "Ice Cream Van Building Set" is a really nice product from Panlos ... perfect for ages six (with adults help) and over. It is a really good sized set containing an advertised 553 pieces (I refuse to count them lol) and an instruction leaflet showing the many different things that can be built with this set. Included in this STEM building set are wheels, blocks, bases, bricks and much more. The pieces resemble LEGO and are quite small ... I insist my granddaughter uses a large tray for this sort of activity otherwise I would be forever jamming up our vacuum with stray bricks that I'd be coming across weeks later.This being a STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) set really helps your child get to grips with improving their skills in this area of learning as well as increasing their imagination. The booklet shows how to build 12 different mini scenes which all adds to the main ice cream theme ... though of course there is nothing better than letting your child's imagination run riot by letting them build whatever they like. Also with the pieces being so small and some are really quite fiddly this would be a great set to help improve a child's or adult's fine motor skills.My six year old granddaughter has been having loads of fun with this set and to be honest so have I ... we've been taking it in turns to build many imaginative scenes.This set is really great fun as well as being educational. The pieces are robust and well made and price wise I think at £23.99 (price correct at the time of this review) this set is well worth the money.Highly recommended.I hope you have found my review helpful

This PANLOS STEM Educational Learning Building Bricks Toy seems like a good fun product at first, very similar to the famous brand, Lego. But wait until you start building them, soon you will find out that they are very difficult to put together and nothing like Lego’s quality.The pieces are thin and small, they don’t fit well, some of the created models keep falling apart and it’s hard to continue working on the other models when you have to go back and redo the previous creation. Due to the small size, parents must take extra precaution if you have a small baby or toddler in the house, these bright and colourful tiny pieces may pose a choking hazard to them.Another problem is the instruction manual. The diagrams/pictures are printed too small for anyone to see and follow. You will need a magnifying glass to be able to see them clearly.You’ll get 553 pieces to make 12 models – Jet Ski, Roadster, Wild Party, Girl House, Drum Room, Bedroom, Pool, Ice-cream Trolley, Sing Room, Fountain, Cake-Coffee Maker, and Studio. You can fit all the models and get the masterpiece which is the big Ice Cream van. Each of the 12 models has 2 variations. Therefore, you can build 25 creations in total. Suitable for kids age 6+.In short, this product has the potential to be a fun product, but the construction quality needs to be better, and the instruction manual must be clearer and easier to follow.Thank you for reading. This set is very similar to Lego in that it is themed for building, in this case an ice cream truck. You can also make smaller models and each of the individual model pieces come in a separate plastic bag. It would probably be a good idea to open the bags one at a time and construct each piece before opening the next one so that they don't get muddled up. There are 12 small models in all, and instructions to show you how to build each one. You can also put the pieces all together to make the larger ice cream truck. The age recommendation on the box is 6+ but in my opinion this is far too difficult for a 6 year old to do on their own and they would need adult help. Unfortunately, although the small models are numbered in the instructions, the packets are not correspondingly numbered and each one bears an indistinct white stamped code, so it's difficult to work out which is which. Once constructed this toy is great for imaginative play, but I think it could have been packaged better. For example if it had been presented in a box with individual sections instead of plastic bags, and labelled clearly, it would be far easier for a child to assemble. However, for an older child with plenty of patience, this will absorb them for hours.

Some of the pieces in this building set are very small. The manufacturer says it is suitable for over 6s, but I would perhaps advise over 8s. In the box emblazoned with 'Ice Cream' and the fact there are 25 projects in 1 (plus illustrations of what can be built), there is an instruction manual, stickers for the finished projects, and the building bricks in 12 separate sealed packets. These are Lego-style building blocks or bricks, which are also compatible with most other building blocks or bricks, and look to be of reasonable quality and well-made. The projects are all shown in the instruction manual, which is a series of steps with pictures (no words). Each of the twelve projects can be rebuilt as something else (so 24 projects), and of course there is the ice cream vehicle to build which uses all elements (so 25 projects in total). The recipient is thrilled to be given this set, as she is very girly and the predominantly pink bricks are very appealing to her. At the moment, it's £23.99 with a 50% voucher (so £11.99) which seems a bargain for such a decent-sized building set. We are pleased with this product and so we are happy to recommend.
