Rakhi not available in some packages
I ordered these for 3 of my brothers. One got the rakhi mentioned with it. One didn't get the rakhi. I am confused whether the third one will get the rakhi or should I order additional rakhi since festival is round the corner

On-time Delivery than last minute back out
Awful Service from both Amazon.in and it's 3rd party, I must admit to say I was fooled with false assurance and jolly words by them. 1st of all just before payment page the website showed 20th August as Delivery date and later when payment was done the delivery date changed to 24th Aug. It's really disgusting honestly that too during festival season. whats the point when items reaching after festival day.Inspite of chasing continously 3 days to get me the delivery on or before Rakhi day, but all effort in vein with false assurance. It really hurts customer sentiments and feelings, but I believe it does not matter to Amazon.in and it's 3rd Party as their Supervisor whom I spoke to also seemed casual and sensless to my issue. I told her Amazon.in as a company is "wow" because of customer trust so don't break that but you can guess it did not matter to her. Anyways lessons learnt for customers like us who have been fooled like this and been hurted.
