hello. TRITTON Pro + 5.1 Surround Headset. I followed the diagram setting it up on a PC. there's two ways you can set it up. number one you can use the component cables for the back of your graphics card. answer second way is by using the optical cable in the back of your graphics card. when you use the optical cable you can't test for 5.1 surround sound. well not as well as you would like. so I use the fork only cables and the USB. I didn't know at the time until I looked on YouTube. but I always got interference from the USB when I plugged it into my computer. Ascot statics whistling and interference when I plug the USB into my computer. I thought there was something wrong with the headphones so I sent it back. I told them what happened to my equipment. and they tested it out and said it works fine. so I tried it out by using the diagrams on YouTube. YouTube says plug your USB port into the mains not in your computer because it interferes with your sound. I didn't understand because I thought it only using it for power, not for sound quality purposes. but I tried it anyway. and I had crystal Clear sound. I was very happy and I took pictures to show what I did. so if you're planning to get these headphones for your PC like I did beware. inside the packaging and there would have been no problems. sorry, this took so long but I wanted to make sure nobody else went through this problem. oh, one more thing when I sent it that it cost £11 but I never got it refunded.

I got the headset but came broken I'm not willing to buy another

Just a brilliant headset in General can also be used on Xbox one if you buy an adapter £20 definitely worth the extra £20
