Son algo grandes, pero nada difícil de tragar.They're a bit large, but not difficult to swallow.

I know that in order to get the correct amount of fish oil that is recommended, the pills need to be big. But not everyone has a large throat. Not having purchased fish oil for a bit, I forgot how large they are and how hard they are to swallow. But I am taking them daily and should be beneficial to my health.

Like that it doesn't contain pork additives like the other brands. Took one bottle so far and I could feel the difference. Love it!

Supposed to be equivalent to the new drug that just started advertising now which is a purified/ condensed form of Omega 3s making it more easily absorbed and more potent according to Consumer Labs. I don't know for certain how well it is absorbed.However Consumer Labs has a good reputation for objective evaluations of a wide variety of products.I have been taking them daily for some time and my latest blood test shows a marked improvement in my Ldl/hdl ratio as well as a significant reduction in my cholesterol .I can't scientifically prove that the improvement is absolutely due to the use of this fish oil but it is the only real change in.my diet or lifestyle that I can think of.By the way the difference between this fish oil and the new fish oil drug and all the other fish oil products on the market is in the final form of the oils being that this oil and the new drug are both the same ax far as the end product is concerned.

Fish oil has many health benefits and i don't eat enough seafood to get recommended intake. I decided to supplement with omega. I chose this product because it's a reputable manufacturer. There is no fishy taste however the pills are a bit large and could be hard for some to swallow.

I like this product because it's effective. I notice some changes in my skin and hair.

Tasted , went bad after about 3 weeks.. - like all the other ones have done as well. Was good to excellent though the first week arrived.Always in fridge.
