Total waste of Company funds
These scales are absolutely unreliable and will not hold a Calibration. 2 out of 3 could not even be calibrated within allowable tolerance limits, and the 3rd was able to be calibrated within tolerance limits, but only after widening the tolerance limits to 3 times the allowable range. However once power was cycled the calibration was lost. I would not recommend these scales to anybody for any purpose as they are garbage on their very best day. I only gave them 1 star because there is no allowance for 0 stars.

Despite the red-white-and-blue brand name this is a mediocre Chinese scale complete with laughably bad translation paper slip that passes for a "manual"
I have several years' experience with scientific equipment and purchased this to relieve some wear and tear on another more expensive scale so am quite familiar with their operation and proper maintenance. Despite the red-white-and-blue brand name this is a mediocre Chinese scale complete with laughably bad translation paper slip that passes for a "manual". After calibration for a second or two it will weigh accurately but has really, seriously bad drift that kicks in after a few seconds. Its internal algorithm constantly second guesses itself and after a while it tends to go up or down by as much as .02g which for a .001g scale costing north of $100 is unacceptable. You can buy .001g scales for $20 that do the same thing but.... they're $20.

You get what you pay for - for the price this is reasonable
You get what you pay for. I bought this exact same model on Ebay for half the price and considering the quality I recommend paying bottom dollar. That being said, it works as advertised and I'm pleased with the purchase. You need to know what you are doing to get passable results with any milligram-level scale, details further down.Battery power works well, and the supplied power supply works fine. Has leveling feet which work. Must be calibrated and verified each time it is powered on. Directions say it must be powered on for 30 minutes to warm up before use, my limited testing did not seem to show this having much affect on accuracy.Caution: the built-in bubble-level was not level on mine. Getting the scale level is critical for it to self-zero properly (which is a requirement for analytical scales). Using a separate level across the top (before installing any part of the wind screen enclosure) gets the scale leveled properly and it will actually self-zero now. Check left-to-right and front-to-back. If you don't do this you will NOT get the calibration to work correctly and your results will be unreliable. Also a sturdy table is required. In one test I did on a very large table which only had 2 poles supporting it in the middle. While the table was heavy and sturdy, someone typing on a keyboard on the same table 8' away was causing the scale to take much longer to decide the final weight. A four-post table with no one else working on it is required for accurate results. Also don't use this with power tools operating near-by or anything that can vibrate the ground it's on.Accuracy: The lighter the material being weighed the more repeatable the weight will be. You should plan to take an average of 3 different measurements if you need single milligram accuracy. Also, use the clear enclosure for all measurements. Any milligram-capable scale that does not come with a wind-screen is not going to be accurate. I've found that sometimes even holding my hand over scale with the lid off can increase the reading by 20-40mG, the enclosure is required and does its job when used.Overall I consider it a good buy for light-duty use.

Piece of TRASH.
I would put a -5 for accuracy if I could. This thing is the biggest piece of garbage. Absolutely 100% a waste of time and money. IF you get one that powers on, it won't be accurate AT ALL. And it will continually drift up from zero. I literally get better results from my $12 jewelry scale.

JUNK
Right out of the box would not calibrate or weigh anything. You can hear parts rattling around.inside. For the money I expect a lot more. Do not buy this thing....you will be sending it back.
