Noticable improvement
My cat is over weight. She's 12 and has difficulty with arthritis. I had been feeding her BB Tasteful. About 2 months ago, I changed to Fit and Healthy. I feed her the same amount I always have. There is a noticeable change in her weight and she is moving much better. Overall, she took the food change without any difficulty. Her coat is shiny and she seems to be in much better health. Pictures are before and after.. you may not notice but I sure do.

Great for portion control
I have two chonky boys who’s sole purpose in life is to beg for food. They’ve lost maybe a pound or two since I started them on this several months ago after I received a well deserved scolding from my vet. Kit is a fat boy who doesn’t discriminate and will eat just about anything, but also is prone to breaking out in hives. Baby can be finicky and while he still prefers his fast food kitty brands like Friskies, he will still eat this! The small cans allow me to control their portion size, the flavor got a pass from both kitties, and neither cat is showing any signs of an allergic reaction. Kitties are fat (but losing weight 🥰) and happy!

Helps with moderate weight control.
OK, so here's the deal. Me and my cat Emma moved to a smaller apartment recently so she's A, getting less exercise, and B, she was eating out of boredom. Needless to say she put on a bit of weight. Not too much, mind, but enough for me to notice when I rubbed her belly. So I switched to this formula, AND I started feeding her EXCLUSIVELY out of a treat ball. So that stopped the boredom snacking and scarf n barf. I'm not really that strict with portion sizing, either. She asks for a refill on her kitty food, I give it to her. I know this isn't a good practice, behaviorally speaking, but when I switched to this formula of food along with the treat ball, that extra pound or 2 went away. She doesn't seem hungrier than she used to or anything, she just eats.Based on my experience I'd say this is good kibble for "He Chomnk," maybe "A Heckin' Chonker" if you combine with smaller portions and play/exercise time with your kitty. Keep in mind that the kibble is quite small, so if your cat eats like a shop-vac, maybe get a slow feeder or interactive feeding toy. Slower eating and less barfing will also help kitty lose a few pounds.
