It’s comfortable, doesn’t move around and just the right amount of softness - not squishy. Also, it looks very classy and doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb. I use it under my knees when sitting or laying down in bed.

I have stage 4 osteoarthritis from my neck to my sacrum as well as other spinal problems and have tried a number of different kinds of body pillows to make sleeping on my side (my preferred position) more comfortable. The ones that I’ve used in the past have had some kind of fiber filling that got lumpy over time and needed a lot of plumping up in order to work well with my particular situation. I got Covid ten months ago in June and have been dealing with long Covid since then. One of my symptoms is sweating rather profusely. The fiber filled body pillow absorbed the sweat easily, and when I washed it the filling clumped together almost like it was glued together and was next to impossible to pull apart into some semblance of a pillow shape. So I decided to get a different kind of body pillow. This pillow is definitely heavier than my other pillows and took a bit of getting used to. It also has a foam pillow smell that goes away in about a week which is about the same amount of time that it takes for the pillow to completely fill out to its full shape after being compressed as small as possible in order to be shipped. I chose to use the pillow right away. If you don’t care for the smell and/or want to wait until the pillow reaches its full size buy it before you want or need to use it. With that said I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful pillow. First of all it comes with a bamboo pillowcase that wicks moisture and is so soft next to the skin. This is perfect for my situation. Regular body pillowcases are just a tad too small for this pillow. I would like to know where I can purchase more pillowcases. With the firmness of the pillow my spine is fully supported at all times no matter how I may move in my sleep. This means that I wake up with so much less pain and stiffness than I ever have before. And the quality of my sleep has vastly improved because I’m not having to wake up several times a night in order to rearrange the pillow or plump it up again so that I can be comfortable. During the day when I’m reading or using my computer my pillow works as a great leg rest which also helps with my spine. I’ve had the pillow for about a month now and can say that it has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made in terms of positively affecting my sleep and my health. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

This is the right height and density for what I was looking for. Actually used it between my knees at night a couple times. Slept pretty well! It's exactly what I needed for my massage table for clients too!

As some may know, bolsters can slide or can be too high and causes pressure under the knees so I recommend you buy this instead! Since I switched my clients have mentioned how it's much more comfortable and that it forms to their legs and doesn't put too much pressure like the bolster. Cover can be removed for easy cleaning and you can also put a pillow case over it for each client makes it easy to use!

The pillow itself is not half bad. The cover on the pillow is ridiculous in that it pills large clumps of grey fuzz - it has taken me a while to figure out what was happening because I cover the pillow with a allergen safe cover. I have pictures of the fuzz on the pillow cover and all over the inside of the alergen pillow cover. I couldn't possible wash that pillow cover in my washer - it would clog it up for sure - and then do it all over again in my dryer. There should be a n option to check about usability. I am not using this pillow another night.

Bought this pillow for recovery from a recent surgery. It exceeded my expectations! It is very sturdy and well made. It has made my recovery that much easier thankfully!
