My cats make a huge mess when they eat canned food, and this contains most of it nicely. It doesn’t make the cats any neater or more considerate unfortunately, but it protects my furniture and makes the messes easier to clean up. It’s also the perfect shade of pink :) Very happy with this purchase

After one too many incidents of stepping on pieces of hard cat food while walking barefoot through the kitchen, I started looking for something that would keep those little chunks in one place (the cat food, not the cats). This mat has done the job nicely -- it's large enough to keep the random bits of food that make it over the edge of their bowl contained on the rubbery surface, rather than scattering onto the floor. Makes for easy cleanup now and then as needed. Being made of silicone, it's obviously waterproof and easy to clean, and the raised ridge around the perimeter of the mat is sufficient to keep any spilled water from reaching the floor as well.PROS:- Easy to clean, as I said- Completely waterproof- Doesn't slide around when cats are eating/drinking from their bowls- This version comes in a variety of sizes, unlike many similar mats on Amazon- Not much of a plastic-y smell when it comes out of the package- Adds a nice pop of color to the roomCONS:- It's thick enough to do the job of protecting your floor, but I think it would be nice if it were just a tad thicker to give it some rigidity. If there's water spilled on it, you definitely couldn't carry it to the sink without the mat folding over and spilling. You need to wipe it up in place, not that it's a big deal.- I wish the logo wasn't printed on the mat.

Nice colors and easy to clean!

I have several of these mats for under my cats food and water dishes at various stations throughout the house and they work fantastic! Previously, I purchased the $12.99 brand when I needed to add one more mat, I discovered this one was cheaper at $9.99, looking identical with the same paw on the corner so I went for the cheaper one. When it arrived it seemed identical except for the addition of the written logo until I was holding both mats together at the same time. The $12.99 mat seemed notably heavier so I weighed each of them. The $12.99 mats weigh exactly 9 onces. The $9.99 mat weights 8.3 onces (8% lighter). So to analyze the cheaper mats are 8% lighter but you are saving more than 8% on the price and they seem to do the job, therefore, I do recommend these mats. If you have a highly rambunctious animal that scoots stuff around, you may want to play it safe, pay the extra few bucks and get the heavier mat, but for the available use this mat is great and you will find it sufficiently sturdy.

A good size ,well made. Easy to clean.

I wanted something more sturdy with a deeper edge since my cats make a mess. These are fine if you don't want that. These are very thin.

I am extremely unhappy with the product and customer service. I received an item with a strong bend or crease in the middle. I placed the mat on a flat surface for a couple of hours, but the crease still remained. I also sent an email to the seller, but they did not respond. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this seller and their product. Their customer service is poor, their post-purchase support is lacking, and the product quality is subpar.

Love this mat, no more water on the floor boards. Speedy delivery.
