Kitchen Basics Unsalted Vegetable Stock, 32 fl oz

Tastes great! I use this in everything I cook, soup, rice, chili, stir fry…it has a great flavor and you don’t miss the salt!

No salt added, I like it. It does help with the flavor of soups. Worth the price.

I usually get the 8oz size but needed several & there was only 1 in stock so I went to the larger size. I may stay with this size since it is cheaper per volume & I use it in so many dishes nothing will go to waste. I like that it's unsalted so I can add my own salt-free seasoning & veggies. I cook my pasta in it & add additional ingredients & seasoning to it to thicken it up & make a sauce for the pasta. Use it in recipes in place of water & add sodium to YOUR taste.

Unsalted BUT NOT SODIUM FREE. The info was there, I just didn't take the time to read it...

Very pleased with this unsalted vegetable stock. Good flavor, good price, fast ship. Easier than making my own from scratch -- and just about as tasty :-) Would recommend.

I like to make my own stock (chicken, veggie, etc.), but I like having a packaged version available in case I run out of my own. I've tried a number of these Kitchen Basics stocks, and like them all, but this Unsalted Vegetable is one of my favorites due to its versatility.I use it mostly for soups -- I make a lot of different soups during the chilly fall/winter seasons up here in the Pacific NW -- but also use it in sauces for pasta, for cooking rice or other grains -- anytime I need a flavorful liquid that allows for reduction without ending up overly salty.I purchase the 32-oz cartons as one of those makes the perfect small batch of soup (I'm single). Lower in sodium, nice bright flavor. Really good stuff. It's *almost* good enough for me to abandon the time/effort of making my own. It's really that good. Solid 5 stars from me.

Exactly as advertised. Hard to find salt free in the stores sometimes.
