The teeth on the Saw are so hardened that it breaks very easy this replacement blade broke the very first time I used it, $45 I will not be buying more silky products The blades are too expensive but work great when they’re not broken

exact replacement for Silky saw. Very sharp and effective cutting. The metal is more brittle than lesser saws and if it binds up can break more easily than others. That is why I had to spring for this relatively expensive replacement blade. Still, once you get used to using a lighter touch it is a pleasure to use

I've used Silky saws for the past 15 yrs. because of the superior Japanese blades. This is a replacement for a blade that's been in regular use for about 6 yrs. and starting to require a little more effort to cut. If you own a Silky saw, I strongly suggest you get a spare blade as the models change and replacement blades become harder to find.

Still sharp. I do a lot of gardening, which includes pruning & I love this saw. Great ability to angle cut & still sharp after several tree climbing excursions. Recommended!
