H7EC NV Electronic Counter DC 3-36V Digital Electric Counter Totalizer with 8 Digit LCD Display

I tried using this with a 3V input, and it would not advance the count. I was able to use it at 6V however. Other than that it works great. 3 stars for not working as advertised.

The product works well- I was clocking it with a 7V pulse every second. It never missed a beat. I never had a chance to see what the minimum voltage level was.There is no instruction/manual and so wiring is guesswork based on information printed on the case. For the input signal the negative of the signal is the innermost of the two input screw terminal connections. The reset signal seems to indicate that it requires an open collector signal, although I am not sure whether the symbol on the body is an NPN or PNP. A potential free contact would probably work.Also there is no instruction of how to open the case to replace the battery.

Even if the model are the same, this one will go up to 25 Hz, while a real HE7V-NV will go way more.IF you want not to spend dollars on a low performance project. This will work.IF you want to have a precise tool for RD project or qualibrating purposes, do NOT take this one.but you get what you pay...20$
