Can i leave these un-refridgerated from september through december? how far out do they expire?

We store the unopened in the pantry,open one stays in the refrigerator.

I believe you can order 8 oz. bottles if you wish, but I always order and receive 16 oz. bottles.

I don't see any expiration date on the individual bottles. I have been using this for 10 years and never had a problem. It does say refrigerate after opening.

I assusmed yes since it's seasonings but lo and behold, I found it in small print on the label...gluten free.
