I have used this pure psyllium product for years after a doctor recommended it. I dissolve it in fruit juice because it is hard to take otherwise, but I am satisfied with it and love the cheaper online price from Amazon.

Keeps me well
This fiber is essential for my body. I have used this for many years. Mix 1 tablespoon with 8 ounces of any drink you prefer. Drink 1 x day.

Product contains lead and other non specified chemicals as detailed on package warnings.
Have not used product. However be cautious when ordering because product is non refundable. I will discard and find another source of fiber rather than risk ingestion of lead or other chemicals.
