Please tell me what small Bluetooth speaker I can purchase for this headset

This mic headset is not compatible with Bluetooth speaker with AUX jack. If you want to use it with speaker, you must confirm the speaker has the MIC jack.

Will this wireless headset pair with my old Bietrun headset?

No, this new headset has been upgraded with some functions, will just pair with the new WXM05 headset. It couldn't be paired with the old ones.

How long can the bettery last?

Up to 6-7 hours after a fully charge.
