The product came in a quality box with protective plastic molding around it. Very simple to install, just clean your phone and make sure no dust is present anywhere on the surfaces. Just put your phone in face down and snap the back onto the front and make sure a good seal all around (no gaps) and you are done. Looks beautiful and shines and allows you to see the natural beauty of your phone. High Quality and Precision Product. Fits my phone like a glove. The buttons are snappy and provide accurate response. The clear see through front and back membrane is super clear and does not degrade your viewing experience. Touch sensitivity is great and accurate! THE BEST!!!!

I can't count how many phones, or cases, that I've had. I ordered this new case for my Note 9 a year and a half ago. I have been brutal to it. I can't count how many times it's been knocked or dropped in situations and from heights I thought would end the phone, but nope. This case has taken every hit and come out on top. I do wish it came in red, perhaps at one time it did. Not many phones come with an actual screen protector that's worth a nickel; this one has survived all. Now it looks like Rocky balboa after the Drago fight. That's why I'm ordering a new one, I really just need a screen without all the scars, but this case is worth it. My Note 9 is pristine, like it just came out of the box. This case has taken the punishment, it's worth every penny.

Fantastic case. I've owned it for quite some time and realized I should write a review because thats how much I like it. The case gets dropped a lot, wet, etc, this phone is huge so it gets bumped an awful lot, however, this case takes ALL the beatings and my phone still looks brand new. I was hesitant due to the price, I had a Note 8 but broke it after spending 34 bucks on a case, so I upgraded to the note 9, and after buying such a expensive phone I needed something overnighter and chose this. Really did not disappoint. The screen takes a day or two to get used to typing on but once you do get used to it you barely notice a difference. Love this case!!!!

Overall, this seems like a decent product. -It fits well, no issues so far with being difficult to use the touchscreen or SPen. It's possible to get the SPen out, although like with any fully waterproof case it is a multi-step process that will take some getting used to (having sturdy fingernails is a must if you plan to use any of the ports). -I tested the speakers for playing audio and made a phone call, so far no issues with sound clarity or volume on either. -I will never use the fingerprint option, so I can't speak to its efficacy. -Love the design, it looks clean and I've always wanted a life-proof case that still has a clear back (a rarity, in my experience). -Buttons all work with minimal difficulty, but I prefer it that way- you have to deliberately press them, so you're not wearing out the buttons while it's in a bag, backpack, etc. -Front and back cameras are still crystal clear, as long as you keep those areas on the case free of smudges (just like you'd have to sans case). -My only complaint thus far is how the heck do you install the wrist strap? The instructions don't even mention it, let alone provide a diagram. I was looking forward to this feature and it's a bit frustrating that I'll have to do some digging online to figure it out. I can't think of any other things to test re: the case, but do keep in mind that I've had the case and the phone for it for a grand total of 22 minutes, so YMMV.

For the most part, this case does its job in protection. But with that, there are some minor sacrifices. The case muffles your sound when watching videos/movies. Not extremely, but you'll notice a difference. I recommend setting your ringer volume and notification volume on high when using this case so you don't miss any alerts. The fingerprint sensor is readable, although the film covering of the fingerprint sensor seems very weak, once broken can result in rendering the case being waterproof. Also in no way, shape or form is the case sleek. Makes your note9 2x bigger in your hand and definitely bulges your pocket if it hadn't already. Nevertheless, protection is 100%. I would recommend this case for outdoor activities.

Case seems like it will work well for drops, though I haven't dropped my phone in it yet. The waterproof side works pretty well. It fell out of my pocket while snorkelling in the ocean and I kicked it behind myself sending it to the sea floor 10 feet down or so. I basically lost it in the ocean. After 10 minutes or so of snorkeling around the areas I was in, I managed to find it on the sea floor and recovered it... and it was fine. Not a scratch on it and still on without any changes. Later I rinsed off my phone and removed the case, and though some of the seals were definitely holding water, none seemed to really get on the phone. This phone case actually also comes with a lanyard, so after losing it once, I tied the lanyard on an accessory loop on my bathing suit, and I didn't lose it again. I also was able to get some neat photos and videos of fish and turtles under water with the phone case. But keep in mind that the touch sensitivity of the phone screen doesn't really work under water or when wet (or the fingerprint reader). So use your hardware buttons to take the photos!

Just received my product! Came with a warranty, little phone strap, and is really secure! There's a lkttle mesh covering the finger sensle on the back to help keep it secure, but the sensor still works! The spen is still accessible, however, it takes a lkttle practice reaching inside the case to get ahold of! That seems to be a normal problem if you want a case as secure as this one! The back is clear, so your fingerprints are visable, but it comes with a small wipe to help with cleaning :) I'm really impressed with the quality of seal for the price! And 1 day shipping!

(ello da a entender el móvil si cae, no va a saltar la funda a la primera, pues esta muy sujeta) Una vez puesta: queda todo el móvil hermetizado¡¡. cámara, lápiz. toma de carga, botones.............. (Toma de carga, lápiz: lleva un tirador, para abrir esa zona y cargar o sacar lápiz) Respuesta de los botones: volumen, ect........perfecta yo tenia un cristal templado puesto. la e puesto sin quitar ese cristal. y perfecto. responde bien el móvil al tacto En resumen: una funda que protege muy bien. del agua , polvo, arena.............de tacto bueno. elegante La recomiendo

Purtroppo essendo sbadato di natura e un grande collezionista di schermi rotti devo per forza ricorrere periodicamente all'utilizzo di cover a 360 gradi. Ho preso questa cover principalmente in quanto mi servirà un ottima protezione dagli urti e dalla polvere ,e soprattutto in un periodo dove va sterilizzato avere una cover impermeabile è una grande comodità . PRO -IMPERMEABILITÀ - NB va verificata la tenuta delle guarnizioni prima Prezzo - ottimo per le caratterstiche uniche che offre e per la qualità dell'oggetto ESTETICA - Vero che espande la sagoma dello smartphone, ma esteticamente è un prodotto valido a mio avviso.soprattuto per la scelta della plastica trasparente dietro. Audio - sorprendentemente sia in capsula sia in vivavoce l'audio è più che buono . Qualita ed ergonomia - i tasti sono ben accessibili e i coperchietti del fondo fanno egregiamente il loro lavoro. PLASTICA ANTERIORE - la cover frontale è perfettamente sagomata . Non si infiltra polvere i sensori e io touch rispondono bene ai comandi. CONTRO PROTEZIONE TOTALE - i bordi anteriori non sporgono abbastanza in caso di caduta frontale lo schermo non è protetto al 100% Calore - essendo impermeabile non ha modo di dissipare il calore accumulato per questo lo sconsiglio agli utilizzatori più esigenti. In sintesi un ottimo prodotto ,forse non proprio il massimo per l utilizzo giornaliero.Fare foto subacquee e avere un cover a 360 gradi immune da polvere e altre intemperie,è un grande punto di forza a mio avviso.Senza troppe pretese e con qualche piccolo sacrificio quindi si ha a disposizione una cover con caratteristiche uniche ad un prezzo molto conveniente.
