I want to say this is not for weight lose as some are expected.. You have to workout and close ur anxi.. but for the benefit of core strength I would would say this little one works pretty good for the price, the size etc !!!

I absolutely love this little belt. I actually used the original one back in 2006, years before this (oops age is showing😳😚)lol but anyways, It worked great then and great now!I'm athletic & very FIT. I ran track in high school and have been a runner ever since, thus I'm mostly always already thin and fit.However, My midsection can get pushed out a tad bit if I eat some bad carbs with a high ratio of sugar (my weakness)for like 3 days straight, without burning more calories then I take in.When I have this little beauty near by, I put it on and for some reasons, I don't get the urge to snack on carbs...the stimulation from the belt literally serves as the dopamine I get when I get the sugar high from bad carbs I just LOOOOVE this belt😍My only downside for this particular order is the cover for the batteries did not come with the order of this, so I have to tape it, I don't like that one bit🙄, but the benefit does outweigh that little part so I let them get away with it..When I order another unit, if I have the same problem I will demand a full refund.Bottom line great belly stimulator, great idea, very much needed..just make sure to send all the parts. It works good at first but after a month the controller begins to malfunction and shuts off. I replaced the batteries, but it still would not turn on. Also, this belt requires two small gel pads and one big one which goes in the middle. I found the small ones on amazon but I could not find the middle gel pad that is required for this belt to work. I messaged the seller asking where I can find the middle gel pad but did not get a response. If you are going to sell a product, why wouldn't you offer the accessories you need for it to work and they need to work on the controller.

I love how it works, especially obliques; unfortunately, I do not like that once it is placed on the skin, it can not be adjusted without removing the pads completely, causing them to wear out faster. In one month I have had to replace all pads on the belt twice, and I am about to go on the third time now.The obliques pads lose strength when I have the core and obliques on simultaneously. I have to use obliques and core at different times, increasing the time I need to have the belt on. While only using obliques stimulator, one side loses power and eventually stops working, causing an uneven workout. Not sure if that is a defect of my belt. I have followed instructions carefully including changing the pads to test if that is the problem and proper care, but the problem persists.

I just got this product wasted no time using it and I’m glad to say it’s no joke. If you want results you have to be willing to take a little pain. This was my first time using any type is EMS products so I started on low frequencies then uped the frequency to about as high as I could stand it and let the belt do its job. After the 30 minutes timed out I could definitely feel my abs tingling and still a little hard. Looking forward to using it everyday at least once a day even though it says you only have to use it once a day 5 times a week. Super easy to set up and use just follow the instructions and there is also a video review by a guy named Dan whom made a great video. No pain no gain baby but at the same time we all individually have different pain thresholds. Take your time and use this device carefully. Btw I’m 6’5” about 225-230 and I have a little belly not rolls but a little belly if you adjust the frequency high enough it’s gonna work. I’d still recommend you try to make good health decisions there are no short cuts to how you want to look ideally.
