This is excellent flour, and it makes delicious bread and other baked goods. Bib’s Red Mill is top quality products. However, every shipment of this from Amazon has arrived damaged. Amazon simply doesn’t properly pack the flour, or consider it to be food. Torn and damaged bags are a result. One shipment was left out in the rain.

Solid, dependable flour that does exactly what good flour is supposed to do—behave itself. The 2-pack is practical, fresh, and perfect for baking bread, biscuits, pancakes, and everyday cooking. The texture is consistent, the quality is there, and it performs like old-school flour should, not finicky or fussy.

IT'S OKAY, BUT TOOK TOO LONG TO ARR8VE.

I have long used this flour for making 100% whole wheat bread in my bread machine. I don't know what makes it different, but it's the only whole wheat flour that I can use without cutting it with white bread flour. Other flours have been too bitter. It's sometimes hard to find in stores and quite a bit more expensive than other whole wheat flours, especially online. Worth it to me though...
