I use the ordinary hyaluronic acid and I use it as a base for vitamin c serum.

The serums ingredients are in the listing for reference. This contains Benzylalcohol I assume used in this serum as a preservative as this really is 1% 100%pure hyaluronic acid. The individual who commented below that this is false advertising because it’s not 100% hyaluronic acid really needs to go back to school for reading comprehension. 🙄

You might be looking for peptides, which increase collagen production; or non-comedogenic oils, which sit on the surface of the skin and make it appear smoother. Hyaluronic acid is good if you have dry skin which can exaggerate fine lines, but its mechanism of action is to plump the top layer of your skin by drawing water to it.Hope that helped.

can you moisturize over this?

I'm sure you can, but this product did nothing for me, so I quit using it. If it is truly Hyaluronic Acid (being an acid) it should burn one's eyes. I got it into my eye once and nothing...it was like water. So, if you are having better luck than I, I would think you could use moisture over and that would be great!
