The product is better than expected for the price. Sound quality is good, the only thing that I'm not happy about is the part that the ear tubes are too tight and don't fit properly in the ears. A bit uncomfortable to use but it does the job as I only use it to learn how to take blood pressure the old school way 😅

Very uncomfortable for the ears, get the position right in ears and sound is ok, bought mainly for grandaughter to play nurses with. Otherwise buy better ones.
