The tea has a good flavor
Other than good flavor, I haven't noticed any other benefits to it.

Taste pretty good
I thought I'd give this tea a try to help strengthen the bones. I get tired of taking different vitamin pills and thought this would be a very nice substitute to try.

Tastes pretty horrific
I drink lots of "healthy" herbal teas, but it will be a struggle to finish this box up. I had a second cup, and it is still awful. It gets even worse as it cools down/gets to the dregs. By the end, I realized that the flavor was sort of like licking an empty sushi container that's sat for a while.... notes of stinky fish and nori. If you're determined to try a Nutra tea, both the NutraJoint and NutraUric taste leagues better and claim to help joints.
