I received what turned out to be a damaged and faulty product which failed to work. The package as not damaged in any way. I can only think it was as packed and posted.I have attempted returning the item several times in the last several days but the Q-Code and label supplied by amazon generates an error message when when scanned at the drop off point. I have tried 5 different points, same result; fed up of looking for more drop off points. It's disgusting as there is no way to communicate with amazon or anyone else about this issue.This is the worst experience ever. I wish maplin was still around!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The item is faulty and doesn't work. I've not needed to use this cable until a couple of weeks ago and when finally its needed it fails and is absolutely useless. Even more irritatingly I then find it is just outside of the month return window - even though this is faulty!!! Emailed seller to see if they would replace as there is an issue and they haven't even had the decency to reply so I would avoid them!For just over a £1 more I got the gold plated version cable elsewhere which is perfect and reliable.

I would normally think that a review like this was left by someone that didn’t understand the product and it’s instruction. That is not the case. I am a very techy person and I understand the instructions. It just doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money

This cable does not work. Tried on two machine and no signal detected.Returned the faulty product for 2 weeks and no info on return/refund status.Very bad customer services.

Received with broken pin in VGA plug end of the cable.
