Keeps little ones out of the fridge
I have a very curious 2yr old with Hercules-like strength. This little gadget has effectively kept her out of our side-by-side fridge. The lock code is easy and works well. It clicks together easily and releases quickly with a fair amount of pressure applied. The lock code mechanism broke pretty quickly on the first one, but the actual clip still gets the job done, for now. When our little one figures out how to release buckles, we'll switch to the 2nd one that came in the package. For now, the 1st one is still getting the job done.

Amazing customer service and great product
I rarely write reviews on Amazon unless I really want to. This time, I'm so impressed not just but the quality of this product but by customer service. We ordered these back in 2021 and have used them. Unfortunately the lock combination failed two times and we had to cut them. Now in 2024 I just decided to contact the company to see what we did wrong and if they have suggestions on how to use them. Guess what, they just sent us a set completely FREE without any questions asked. This is after 3 years. It was easy for us to buy a new set but the care I got from them deserves a solid 5 stars. Thank you so much. Really appreciate great sellers like you. Makes me love amazon third party sellers. It is truly unmatched.

Unreliable due to Very Poor Design
This product comes with 2 in a pack and actually works (initially) but after a while it no longer works. I was even upset with my 7 year assuming he mistakenly changed the code which no one was able to open. As a result, We had to cut the first one to access the fridge and used the 2nd one. Well, today i had to cut the second one because it locked us out. It is a good concept and should technically work but it is probably poorly designed. I'm just glad that TSA locks, travel luggage locks and other similar locks are not as unreliable. I had mine for 3 months. I cut my first within the first week and the 2nd 3 months later. I've other people make similar complaint so seems to be a design defect.

Very Secure
This is a very impressive fridge lock. The several others I have tried have all been bypassed by my young children, while also breaking or being removed entirely. This the first lock that has actually stayed in place, and not been damaged or removed. It is very sturdy and strong, and can withstand a lot of movement. It is extremely easy to install, and works very well. The only downside is if the pass code is unintentionally changed or forgotten. There is no way to bypass the code. Unfortunately if the lock cannot be opened normally, the only option is to cut it off, destroying it completely. Thankfully, these can be purchased in a pack of two, and are fairly affordable.

Pretty good, but could be better
It does what it's supposed to do, not a bad lock, but the code wheels are poorly designed and you cannot feel a definite detent/click on a digit, you don't know when it's on it, so you have to fuss around with it till you align the digits correctly.

1 Effective & 1 Locked Out
Thought the product was great initially. I like that it came with 2 locks. Put 1 on my kitchen refrigerator and 1 on my garage refrigerator. Works effectively to keep my 3 year old son from raiding the fridge and leaving the door open. Simple enough my 5 year old daughter who’s more trustworthy can operate it and use the refrigerator when she needs to. Easy for her to deactivate the code, open the device, close it and reactivate and scramble the code to keep it secure between uses. Only been about 24 hours since we’ve had the product and so far the one in the kitchen has already broken. Like others have said, it’ll lock you out for no apparent reason. Not sure if my kids somehow found a way to reset the code or something when I wasn’t looking, but after many successful uses, the code I set stopped working and I could no longer access my kitchen refrigerator. I ended up having to cut the device off and take the one from the garage into the kitchen. No worries since my kids are never really out there much anyway and never out there unattended, but the peace of mind of having both refrigerators secure and good feeling of thinking you made a quality purchase are now in question. Still only been about 24 hours so time will tell how long the other one lasts. Hoping at least until my son grows out of this phase. If not it’s back to the trusty ol unsightly bungee cord that got us by just fine before. 😆

Does the job.
Works great. My wife has Alzheimer's. Lately she has decided that things in the fridge and freezer need to be distributed around on the counters. Doors are left open. I don't need to spin the combo as she hasn't figured out why the doors won't open. I'd like it a little tighter. I choked up as much as I could but that's not on the manufacturer.

Refrigerator Lock
Be careful when setting up. I accidentally let go to soon and it set and I couldn’t remember the number it set on. There is not a way to redo the code. You have to cut it and the lock is wasted. Other than that it works as stated. Glad there was two in the pack.
