Bought these on line rather than run around looking for them. I didn't need them right a way. They are nicely cast and do the job.

used these to hold down some hanging tarps for my haunted house against the wind. worked great. easy to place and release to change posistions.

These were exactly the sinkers I was looking for. They are truly easy on and off. In my younger days I would just clamp them with my teeth, but these days my teeth are in a jar so I use a small pliers. It was also fortunate that the seller packed them so well. The package looked like someone very big and angry kicked the sinkers all the way from Kentucky to Washington. Several of the small packages were torn open and the box itself was smashed and broken. If the seller had not Placed the box in a mailing envelope at least half of the sinkers would have been lost. I will keep this seller on my hot list.

I have had these split shots for a long time and they are something I use on charters a lot. The new style with the groves inside make them slip off the line. You would think they would hold the line better but its actually worse than the flat ones, on the inside. Still good value...just isn't fun adding new ones to the seafloor and to lines every fish..

It put the right amount of weight for what I needed it for.
