Seller refused to give me a new grinder or refund. The NUT holding on the blade comes off when we grind coffee.This product is a waste of my money. Very Rude customer service !!

The box had so many holes and scratches. It looked very abused.The grinder looked dirty and already had tiny dents. I cleaned inside of grinder with clorox wipes and it was dark black. So dirty inside and out. It looked like a product set out for a sample for a long time. 🙁

Very Disappointing purchase. Cover does not seal well so it leaks bits, powder, etc. Does not grind evenly or completely. Unique shape and cool color but inefficient and not at all practical. Maybe mine was uniquely defective but I waited too long to open and run so I did not try to return for a refund.

for the dry product its good to buy and very easy to use.

This product is not good, one time used and hot in the middle and smell come out on the bottom feel like is smoke come out don’t waste money I don’t want to buy again I don’t like this machine.

Came to me broken, didn't open package right away, miss the window to return

Them item we received broke when first used and could not be fixed afterwards. This machine was not really good.
