On the Level
Once I figured it out it worked great .

A little less than expected
I have had and used the same one my pops left for me. I'm glad I saved the case for the one that gave it up. I expected the case for it but this is tool only. I must have missed that in the description.

Great level and stud finder
Great product. My dad had one. I bought one. Now, we bought one for my brother. Only negative is that it doesn’t come with a case.

Love the laser levering
Number one thing I wanted it for is the leveling portion. It works fantastic, I even checked it with an actual level, bubble was center mass.

Not awful. Not great.
The point makes a bit too big of a hole in the wall when using the level. The auto leveling is a great feature. The stud finder is somewhat disappointing. I had better success with a cheaper stud finder.

Easy to use.
I haven't used anything like it before, but I found it to be easy to learn. It was satisfactorily accurate in my testing and usage.

I've tried to get an accurate reading from this thing one too many times
There really is nothing to like about this thing. It's big, ugly, expensive, and inaccurate. Maybe I have a dud, but I can see that my stud finder is as accurate as a video posted - you can see it says the stud is almost 4" wide. Ha! Mine always thinks there is some type of stud behind the wall, not necessarily showing full strength, but showing it senses something. It also is not consistently repeatable. The level is okay, but a bit wonky and unwieldy. The form factor is quite unusual - I don't think there is real purpose behind the design.I have tried so many times to use this, having owned it over six months, but it has never been helpful - not once. I tried to write something positive, especially considering this is a decent brand, but it is almost impossible to do.I would not recommend spending any money on this, or even accepting it for free. It "seems" to important just to toss in the trash, so it sits there, on my workbench, just taking up space.

A great value
I have used many laser levers from half the price of the Craftsman to 4 times the price but my go-to laser lever is this Craftsman. Most of my use is hanging pictures and the self-leveling is a must and the Craftsman works great. Wish it had vertical self-leveling but the protractor works well to get a 90 degree that I mostly use. So, if you need a simple utilitarian laser level I would recommend you stop looking and get this one.

Super útil
Para cosas casares esta perfecto, el sensor de cables me ha funcionado bien y aunque si hay una ligera variación en el nivel, sirve perfectamente.

Level line is not very level
Finds studs ok, but the level line is terrible. It's off by quarter of an inch every 16"s

and F for Stud Finder!
On the plus side, I did like the laser level. It's self-leveling and the push-pin feature is a great idea. However...the stud finding capabilities are sorely lacking, for a couple of reasons: 1) The LCD display is not readable if not at eye level or above. 2) When moving the unit from right to left, I could find the stud edge, but when back-scanning from left to right, I could not pick up the left edge of the stud. I tried this repeatedly and no-go. I returned the unit and bought a ZIRCON stud finder. It does not include the laser level but I never used that feature anyway with the Mastercraft one I had been using for years and needed to replace. The ZIRCON L50 works well and is consistently accurate.
