Very easy to apply
Used this to apply to bottom of comfortable shoes for dancing. Easily applied. Have not used shoes yet, but had this done by a professional before and it worked well. More economical than having a professional shoe repair alter soles of shoes for dancing.

I've made 3 pair of dance shoes with these and they've all worked great
I made my first pair of dance shoes from sneakers with this over a year ago and they're stull good.I have to make my won dance sneakers since my feet are too wide to fit comfortably into those tiny tubes they call dance shoes. These are excellent for DIY - -and would also be good to resole if you're lucky enough to find standard dance shoes that fit.To make dance shoes out of sneakers, I sand off most of the tread on the front. I'm doing salsa, so I need it mostly for the front (balls) of the shoes. Then I fill in the deep tread with goop. I the cut out a template and get it right then transcribe the template to the back of the felt, flip it and do the same for the other shoe. glue it on and it sticks like a champ!Lasts pretty well too.

Adhesive is too elastic
The adhesive is strong, but too elastic. I have found that the suede slowly migrates off the sole. In other words, the suede shifts it's position on the sole with use. I've tried using additional adhesive such as shoe and super glue, but the existing adhesive still does not change it's behavior and defeats these attempts to fix the problem.

Makes a smelly, time consuming project easy
I used to go to a craft store to buy suede patches and use shoe goo to turn my sneakers (with arch support) into ballroom shoes. While i did use a little shoe goo for the deep holes in the sneaker treads (non sneakers wouldn't have this issue), but this product made it a LOT less time consuming and much cleaner/easier clean up. Will buy again.

Perfect for covering dancing shoes
The media could not be loaded. Hi All, these suede sheets were enough for me to cover the bottom of 2 pairs of shoes (a pair of men's 10.5 reeboks, and a pair a women's 8.5 platforms). I still have enough to cover another pair of slim heels. In addition to the adhesive, I used a little super glue on the sole of each shoe. These have held up through a couple of weeks of classes so far. And not light steps either. Video included to show the type of punishment they've held up through.

Perfect for holsters
I use the suede sheets to line the back of my kydex holsters with great success. The adheisive is very strong and have had no problems with it coming off whatsoever. I just cut out the shape then clean the kydex real well with rubbing alcohol and let dry. Then I apply the suede from one corner and work my way down pulling off the adheisive backing as I go. Then press and smooth out while heating it with a blow dryer. I have this suede on some of my holsters that are a few years old now and wearing everyday. If your just using it to do the backs of taco fold over style holsters one sheet is enough to do 2-3 holsters. Good stuff!

Not just for shoes, but excellent for many things
I bought these to make some self adhesive arm-rest covers for my office chair, which worked outstandingly well. The arm rests were cracking with age, and I just use scissors to cut out a cover and everyone thinks that they are super cool. On the second sheet, I made a adhesive mouse pad for my desk. Other than the black ink bleeding into my wrist for a few days, this was also a hit. Since it is adhesive, the pad never moves and the mousing is super-precise.

Essential for us dance professionals!
I am a dance teacher. I brought a comfy pair of hip looking sneakers and put this peel and stick suede on the sneaker bottoms to turn them into dance shoes. Simple to cut and apply and it doesn’t look like it will ever peel off. Saved me a ton of money and I have dance shoes no one else has.
