Great authentic flavor

Excellent product and the price is great.

Was easy to use. Just eye balled the amount of paste to use as i was cooking for a large group. Added more towards the end to spice it up a bit. The spice levels were pretty normal for Thai food. I still have some in the fridge for another round of cooking. The group had some vegetarians and so they appreciated the no fish sauce aspect of it. Definitely recommend.

It is good paste having almost the real flavor of panang curry. It does smell fresh and contains the flavor in the packet. Have made the curry once. Will wait till I finish the packet to check if loses flavor

This is our favorite curry paste. It's still spicy, but not as much as other curry pastes we try.

The flavor is nice but too salty. Adding enough coconut milk/ broth to dilute the salt causes the flavor of the curry itself to become too bland. Need a higher spice ratio with less salt.
