Forever Mens Hi Viz Waterproof Rain Over Trousers High Vis Visibility Pants

I am a woman, 5'7" and wear size 8 in ladies pants. I ordered these waterproof rain trousers in Men's size medium. Unstretched, the elastic in the waistband measures only 24 inches around. It is strong elastic and I found it uncomfortable, so I pulled the elastic out to replace with a drawstring. The pants are longer than expected, 43.5 inches from the waist down to the bottom hem. I don't mind the extra length because I would wear them for bicycling, and the length would keep rain from draining directly into my shoes. Still, at the bottom hem, there are snaps so that you can tighten the pants around your ankles if desired.The fabric feels strong and appear to have excellent resistant to tearing. I'd describe the fabric as medium to heavy weight. It is a strong, woven polyester fabric on the outside with a rubbery surface lining the inside. The first thing I thought was how much I'd probably sweat in these things in hot/humid conditions. Unlike most bicycle clothing, these have no vents or other features to allow for breathability. But they do look impervious to rain.Concerned about one previous reviewer's comment that these bleed, I put my pair into a bucket of warm water and pushed water through them vigorously for a few minutes. I took them out and the water was perfectly clear, no dye bleeding. I will update this review if I discover any problems after taking these on an actual road test in the rain.

I got these for my husband to help keep his pants dryer in the winter months when he’s delivering oil, and also to wear when he needs to cover up his pants while repairing oil heaters and such. He likes them a bit loose so he can move comfortably, and he said these are the right fit, and keep him nice and dry, and his pants protected very well.

I wear a 34 waist with a 36 inseam. I purchased the large due to previous reviews. They fit in the waist fine over other pants, but they are almost too short on my legs and the crotch rides a little low. However, they will work fine for the purpose which is a quick pullover on rainy days to respond to emergency medical calls.The pocket slits will allow water to get in as they are open slits, but my jacket covers them fine. If you wanted to use them as pants without other pants you'll be disappointed. Also, there is no liner so wearing them alone would be fairly uncomfortable as well.All in all I receieved them quick enough and they are as described.

Really nice rain pants. The color and reflective stripes are as you'd expect. The waist was a tad tight, and the cuffs a little loose, but they are that way so you can get them on/off over a pair of boots (which they do).Would recommend for anyone who has to work outside in the rain/snow. On that note, they are not insulated, but they do block wind nicely. As such, they provide an extra layer of cold weather protection and can get warm if you're wearing layers underneath (as you should on a cold, windy day).

Pretty pretty pretty good for medium height people. My inseam is 31" and they almost make it down to my boots when cycling. If i was a 32" or 33" inseam I'd have wet socks, but as long as I have boots on it's fine. They haven't worn out and I haven't had any leakage at the seems or through the pocket slits. The reflectors are a nice touch for when you get off your bike momentarily... you kind of want people to realize you are wearing safety gear-not hammer pants.

These are a good deal for the price - they work well for throwing on over trousers, which is apparently their intended purpose, as they don't have pockets, just a slit so your hand can fit through. They would fit better if they had higher "rise" - that is, a greater distance between the waistband and the crotch. As is, bending or crouching can either be painful to the naughty bits or potentially an unappealing visual to someone standing behind you. Still, overall a super pair of waterproof, reflective pants for not much money.

I wonder why normal outdoor waterproof pants are always so expensive? I got these as I am a bicycle commuter and wanted to stand out, and be waterproof of course, on rainy days.Was hesitant due to price, but they are great, keep my bone dry and are super bright. Of course, there are no fancy breathability pockets and you can definitely get toasty in them, but you just have to dress intelligently according to your activity.Love them highly recommended if you want to be visible and waterproof.Lastly, why would you not want to be as visible as possible in the rain people? You out hunting deer?

I work for utility company and sometimes have to walk through tall weeds or Ag fields - will typically get soaked. Wanted something easy to pull on over my clothes - these work perfectly, keeps the pants dry, and were very reasonably priced and decent construction, although they will get limited wear. If I were wearing daily and working in them, a heavier-duty pair would make more sense but I only wanted something for emergency use.

I didn't expect much considering the price I must admit. But I figured they'd be fine for occasional use. Wow was I wrong. Much better quality than I thought. Wore them several times already. Comfy fit, true to size and I love that I can reach into my pants pockets through the pocket opening. They've kept me warm and dry. They are a bit long so I was stepping on the cuffs but surprisingly they didn't wear or fray. They've been hemmed now. I bought a couple of pairs since then so I'll have them when they wear out. I'd say great deal for the price.

I ordered a 4xl well they were not a 4xl because a 4xl on me is a little big and I cant even get these pants on. So not sure what sized are but their definitely not US Or Canadian.
