Constructed of good materials, and looks good (but would look better if the label on the front was aligned properly). A removeable padded insert allows the case to accommodate large headphones like my ATH-M50x. I won't use the mini-case inside: it's too small to hold more than one short, tightly wound cable, and I'm not a fan of the Velcro back. The mini-case should be replaced w/ a soft cloth bag IMO. Edit 9/13/2018: Okay, this is crazy. Ron at Ron's Electronic Sales just sent me a new case, w/ label properly aligned, and included THREE different cable cases for me to choose from: a round case like the original but w/o Velcro; a rectangular case that looks pretty useful and is much easier to zip/unzip; and my favorite, a cloth bag w/ drawstring closure. Ron also included a personal note re: my review. He wants customers to give him a chance to resolve problems before writing negative(ish) reviews ... and I think you'll be glad you did! I've bumped my rating from 3 stars to 5 well-deserved stars. Thanks Ron.

I've been a customer of Ron's Electronic Sales since I got my first pair of Parrot Zik headphones and simply said, his cases can't be rivaled by anyone. I recently added a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M50XBT. The listing for this case mentioned it would fit the ATH M50, but not the M50XBT, which is a newer Bluetooth version of the M50, so I wrote Ron and he responded promptly as he always does saying he wasn't 100% sure, but if I got the case and it didn't fit, I could always use his 100% money back guarantee (including him paying for return shipping). The case arrived today and I'm happy to say it's a perfect fit as can be seen in the attache photos. The case is as usual really well made, plush inside with memory foam, durable outside and the zipper so smooth as is the hallmark of all the cases I've purchased from Ron's Electronic Sales. One of the really cool features of this particular case is there is a memory foam pad on the top lid, which can be removed if you need a little extra room. See the photos I posted. I tried it with the foam panel in and while it does close and zip, it's a little snug. With the foam pad removed, it's just perfect. I'll store the pad in a safe place if I ever need it in the future. As is usual with all Ron's cases, it comes with an internal zippered hard shell case to keep any cables you may need for your headphones. The internal case attaches by Velcro, so you can easily put it in the perfect spot between the headphones. If you need a good case for your headphones, Ron's Electronic Sales really is the only place to go. He sells great quality cases and backs them up with an amazing warranty. Fit my M40x well, especially if I remove the added pouch accessories. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the added pouch/compartments add clutter to the case and don't fit my cables. But it is a good touch that is Velcro removable. Other than that it's of very good construction and I like the flat design. Edit: I ended up attaching the velcro pouch/compartment to the other flap of the case and it snuggly presses against my cables, but so far no damage to the cables. I use the little pouch/compartment for other cable converters.

First off great price for a great case. No bad smell or weak zippers. It is just a damn good case. I would have given this case 5 stars, if my Audio-Technica Ws1100is’ could fit in the case. I know my model was not mentioned in the cases compatibility, but i gave it a shot any way. I was hoping they would lay flat and fit but instead I have to put the ear cups on top of each other. It is the only way I can close the case. If you have larger earphones that lay flat, you may have to look for something a little larger. But for me its not a big deal and I will keep the case. My headphones are protected and the case is a good one.

If I knew about this case, I would've bought one earlier. I was using the Audio-Technica bag that comes with the headphones (m50x) and it was such a struggle and mess to use on a daily basis. All the cables would tumble out and I would find my headphones practically half in the bag and half out. It was then I knew I needed to make a big boy purchase for my headphones and I was very particular about it's durability and compactness. I originally bought a hardshell case that would store the headphones in collapsed form but it was way too bulky to store in my backpack. I ended up leaving my headphones at home since it wouldn't fit in my backpack. I went online looking for a case produced the Audio-Technica themselves but I could find nothing. I took a leap of faith with this case and I am extremely happy. It comes with a velcro mini-case that allows you to store cables and also has an extra padding that can be removed for bulkier headphones. The zipper is responsive and the case is just the right size to bring on my daily commute.

The case easily fits the headphones and is customizable via a velcro-backed round utility case that acts as the holder headphone strap and a removable inner panel that velcro's to the inside-top of the case. The removable panel acts as a cushion and can be removed if you headphones are larger. While perhaps not designed with this in mind, the removable inner panel, has sufficient space behind it to hold additional headphone accessories that will lay flat. The workmanship on the case seems quite nice and does appear to be durable. When zipped shut the entire case is rather attractive and fits well in a drawer, on shelf, in a traveling bag. I am quite pleased with the functionality of this case.
