Will this keep liquids out of the frig cold for a least 3 hours?

Mine does and it’s in a car with Georgia weather so 100+ temps. I do keep it in the shaded floorboard.

My bag does not “snap” shut.. air can still get in it.. how is it supposed to “snap”? don’t know if i have a defective one or if i am doing it wrong.
