Kwikset Prescott Front Door Handle No Lock, Entry Handleset Exterior with Interior Reversible Handed Lever, Non-Locking, Satin Nickel, Deadbolt Not Included, with Microban Protection

When my old handle wore out I wanted to replace it with an inside lever and not a knob. The Schlage looks good, but it had a knob and they didn’t seem to over a lever handle. I almost took a chance on the cheaper version of this at around $50 but the reviews said it was kind’ve light weight, so I sprung for the $101 Kwikset, as I’ve always found the product line to be well made. This set did not disappoint. It is very heavy and the finish is beautiful. It was very easy to install and the feature of the variable range of the bottom fastener of about 1.25” is pretty cool for replacing an existing set of similar design. Unfortunately, mine was about an inch out of range. Nice feature, though. It operates very smoothly and feels kind of elegant to the touch. Spend the extra dough on this. You won’t be disappointed!

Bought this to replace an old ugly door handle in a similar style. In the past I've found the satin nickel finish to be quite durable. These new locks have a shiny, varnished look to them so hope the finish is still durable.Came with both left and right interior handles. My one gripe is with the interior handle installation instructions. You have to install the set screws first, put on the handle and then back the set screw out into the handle. Instructions didn't show that at all... Expect crappy instructions from China junk but not from Kwikset!!

It is solid with a simple and effective mechanism. The installation was smooth and the style matches the front and Yale lock quite nicely.

This product is solid, well constructed and super easy to install as a replacement.

I've purchased several of these recently for family and friends. They are super easy to install and use. Look great with solid construction. Friends tell me the love it after having it for a while. Would highly recommend!

Looks nice but overpriced

This product is made very well. I had a cheaper product that failed on me and I didn’t even notice how smooth a handle should be until I got this one. Very solid feel and shuts easy. Well worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. Somewhat easy to install. Maybe i am an idiot? The latch was the opposite direction of how i needed it to be. I damn near took about the whole locking mechanism, before i realized you push the handle and pull the half moon piece towards you and turn it. Either way it’s very nice, and makes my 1977 door look fancy.
