I really liked purchasing the option to get the oxygen absorbers that are sold in compartments of 10 or 20. That way, you can vaccum seal or process in groups of 10 or 20 and not have to worry about what to do with the rest of the items that are in larger bulk bags. I like this and it works great. We pack and plan in groups of 10 and then open the oxygen absorber compartment at the end and seal all in as little time as necessary, rather than opening and doing it one at a time. This gives the absorber less time to absorb. Great products and I appreciated the helpful hint on the website of which size to buy (50 CC, 100CC, 300 CC, etc) depending on the size of the product you are storing. Very economical price as well and thank you for the coupon!

Have received the 100cc Oxygen Absorber Compartment pack (100 in 20 packs), a little late which had been due with getting lost in the mail. I have already used 20 of them, but at this time cannot say whether they work or not. Getting the absorbers in smaller packs seems to be a really good ideal which will help in keeping them fresher longer, just cost a little more to buy.Being new to this product, I thought buying the 500cc Oxygen Absorber to be better ideal, but found out they are quite big & one really doesn't need that much when using jars.I gave this product a 5 star as it is a very good ideal to use the oxygen absorber when storing food long term in jars.

I have used these absorbers for just over 3 years now. I have not had but one failure in a pack of 10-300cc absorbers. This was in the beginning of my preserving food hobby. Sine then, I have not had a problem with PackFresh US products, not their bags or their oxygen absorbers. I have gone to less expensive brands and have had all kings of issues with bags being too thin, not holding a vacuum, and weak absorbers. I can't brag enough on the quality and reliability. Yes, they cost a little more, but you get what you pay for has been my experience in this particular product need and reliability and consistency is so important for long term food storage. That being said, I had an issue with an order, not the product, but the order. PackFresh immediately not only compensated me for the issue, but over compensated, sending me the correct order and not expecting return of the incorrect. So, any complaints are taken seriously and my experience has been that of complete satisfaction.

These work extremely well. They come with a very thorough hand out that explains ratios and exactly how to best use them. Sealed in packs of ten, you can take your time using them.I put 1 each in a quart jar (with food) and within a few hours, they start popping and sealed for long term storage. Great product.

I order and use the #10 size cans of freeze dried foods; fruit, vegetables and meats. I wind up having some of it go off because I can't eat it all in time. Now I repackage the food in small mylar bags, use one of these absorber packets in each and heat seal the bags. This extends the life of my freeze dried, and dehydrated foods and reduces waste.I especially like the way these are packaged. Once you open these up you have to use them or store them some where quickly or they are ruined. With only 5 being in each pocket and each pocket sealed separately, it makes things so much easier. I have more time to use them.

Ordered on 17DEC15 and they got here today, 22DEC15 - very quick shipping, especially during the Christmas rush. The ten packs of ten is an especially useful and well thought-out packaging method. All of the pink indicators in the sealed packages were pink, and both of the indicators in the two packages I opened and used today turned blue not long after they'd been exposed to the atmosphere, so they're doing what they're supposed to do.The manufacturer provides a very helpful info sheet that should answer any and all questions the consumer might have.Because I'm a 'Belt and Suspenders' kind o' guy (my good lady wife says 'Obsessive-Compulsive Anal Retentive Paranoiac') I used two of the 100cc oxygen absorbers per one quart mason jar of dry foodstuffs, and then vacuum-sealed the jars.I've used several different types of O2 absorbers previously, but I like these the best so far. When I need more, these are the ones I'll get.

I had a little trouble using it in my beet powder. I called the company a few times and they were always helpful. I just needed to leave a little more head space in the jar. Voila.... it worked.The packets worked great in my dehydrated potatoes first try. I would highly recommend this product and plan to buy more in the future.
