How do you loosen the locking strap that fits on the vaccum?  directions are not at all specific.

After MUCH fiddling... I now have *THE* answer.  On each side of the buckle, there are what appear to be push-in wings.  Don't push them in... push them DOWN.  That is, push downward on the wings, as if you were pushing them inward toward the center of the "circle" (like when you put the adapter on).  With the chrome lever ALL THE WAY DOWN, just push the wings DOWN... and my God, the ratcheting strap just opens right up!!!  Now that I've figured it out, I will *NEVER* forget it!  The instructions say to reverse the instruction for diagram B4... which, I'm telling you, is a WORTHLESS instruction and the diagram is pathetic.  Remember, don't push the wings in, push them down... pull on the strap... and it opens right up, ready for the next use.

Will this work on toro brand blower vacs seeing as the discharge is rextangular

Thank you for your question.  This particular LeafPro will most likely not affix to a rectangular shape.  However, the WA4057 LEAFPRO UNIVERSAL COLLECTION SYSTEM WITH TURBINE ADAPTER has a cloth attachment that is more versatile that will affix to your Toro brand blower.

will it work with the worx turbine fusion leaf blower vacuum?

The hose and can cover will, but it won't attach to the Turbine Fusion model without a special adapter. I contacted Worx and they don't sell the adapter alone (seems silly to me). However they do sell the proper adapter with the hose and can cover under a different part number (WA4057 I think). It lists for $39, but Worx is out of stock (they said 2-4 weeks). I found one online at Tractor Supply for a similar price. Amazon has one, but its price is way jacked up. Good luck.

Does this come with the leaf vacuum or do you have to buy it separate

This is an accessory to the leaf vacuum that must be purchased separately.  The leaf vacuum comes with a catch-bag that doesn't hold a lot and becomes heavy as it fills so this accessory allows you to deposit the output of the vacuum into a large bin of some sort allowing for longer periods of use without stopping to empty the catch-bag and the weight of the vacuumed material is supported by the bin into which the material is deposited.  I use a 30-gallon plastic trash can lined with a 45-gollon plastic trash bag and this is mounted on a handcart which makes it easy to wheel along behind me as I use the vacuum.  When the bag fills, it is removed and tied-off for pickup by the trash-collection people.  The vacuum mulches leaves so the bag holds a lot more than leaves that are simply raked-up and dropped into such a bag.  With a little creativity you can create a good-working unit that allows for a lot of yardwork in a short period of time.
