Can i play soccer with these?

Do these have a tight cuffed leg opening? Like tradition joggers. Or open bottom with no elastic?

How much can you expect these pants to shrink? I plan to get large, but am afraid it will shrink to a medium.

Why is the grey in small a different size than the black? I have the black and bought the grey thinking they would be the same. They're not.
