The discs seems good, making sure the screw is tightened just right is important. I can’t attest to the longevity but have had them in use in the sun and rain for 2 weeks and they are fine. I would buy again. It would also be nice if it came with screws.

Edges VERY sharp! Bee careful!
I thought these were what I wanted. They serve the purpose but be VERY careful. The edges are as sharp as a razor and I cut the tips of all of my fingers as I turned the dial on my swarm traps. Not fun. Looking for plastic ones now.
