I bought 2 of these and it was the best $60 I ever spent. Pulleys are smooth. They are super easy to set up and they work great. Some exercises you have to get a little creative if you have limited height due to the length of the cable but there hasn’t been anything I haven’t been able to do. I highly recommend.

All parts very nice. Super smooth pulley, cable is gym quality. The single handle is very nice. The tricep handle is so-so only because the hand loops are narrow and the length is pretty short. The weight loop is pretty good for looping thru a plate or around a dbell. I had a loading pin so I just carabineer that on. All in all, this is one of my faves though. I loop it over a tree branch when I'm training people in the park and attach it to my pull-up bar at home.

EDIT: company has since contacted me and sent me a replacement. I still wasn’t able to find their company online but clearly they track Amazon reviews, so everything worked out in the end!I purchased this item in September ‘21. Since it was out of the return / refund date, I contacted Amazon since it was clearly defective (rated for 300lbs but broke w 90lbs…mind you, I never used more than 180lbs on it in the last 6 months).Amazon referred me to manufacturer: Riiai. After calling numbers Amazon provided for many companies with similar names, they had to admit they could not find the actual company (neither could I despite an hour of internet searching). The best they could do was provide a number of another company that provides this product so I will call them tomorrow to dig deeper.But, at this moment, I’m beginning to have some major concerns about the process one must go through to prove they are a real company and sell a product, as the manufacturer (not a third party selling a used product which is perfectly acceptable).If anyone else has any leads about Riiai being a legit company that I can contact, please post a reply. This is a great little addition to anyones home gym or if you are a personal trainer - a terrific low cost way to introduce cable type exercises to your clients home. Easy to set up and with the strap you can use plates and or dumbells as your counter weight. Well worth the price and looks professional.

Works great. Easy to use, inexpensive, tough. We hung 3 of them to anchors to make a cable workout system

The cable broke in the middle during a lift!My son was seated on a ball doing a pull down and the cable broke in the middle, dropping the weight dangerously close to his feet/ legs!The cable creates small slivers that poke through the sheathing too!This is dangerous, I do not recommend!
