Excellent Invaluable Piece of Kit
Up to Aquapac's legendary standard of design and functionality. Verifiably waterproof and highly robust. My only concern is that you really do need to be careful about sizing and take the thickness of your radio into account. The small sizes must be designed for licence-free UHF sets. If in doubt, go larger than you first thought.

Good waterproof case
A great waterproof case, though L size is slightly on the large side for my ICOM M93D DSC marine radio, which is one of the larger marine handheld. I reckon a Small size may be sufficient. On the plus size, the extra loose materials actually allowed me to lift the flap and operate the DSC distress button while the radio is still inside the case.

Perfect fit for Baofeng UV-5R and Kenwood TH-F7
Use a bigger version of these already at work and found them 100% waterproof/robust and needed one myself to keep dry my Amateur Radio handhelds, when out walking in heavy rain. Wasn't sure which size to buy, but opted for the Mini case and found it fits both my Baofeng UV-5R and Kenwood TH-F7 handhelds perfectly. If using either of these radios with an optional extra large/long battery type pack over their standard size you would however need to go the next size waterproof case up.

Definitely waterproof
Well I can safely say this is 100% waterproof as I fell in the sea from my kayak and everything was perfectly dry when I came out and took everything out!!! Lol 😂 It works great and I definitely recommend! Enjoy

My case wore through - Aquapac customer service is top class however.
Edited. I contacted Aquapac directly after posting this. Their customer service was excellent. They seemed to actually care, they sent me a replacement that was with me in a couple of days only and they asked if I could send back the failed case so they can check it, to see what happened it.That impressed me. They are concerned enough to bother and the speed of replacement was impressive....................................................................................................................................................................I do like this case before I start . . . . .I bought this VHF cover in April. It is July now and I am writing this review as the bag failed and split last night when I was out paddling.I have only used this case 12- 15 times since I bought it and last night the bag split and cracked along the front face and let water in.I have been storing the VHF in the Aquapac under the deck lines of my Rockpool Taran Sea kayak as one of the downsides of ANY case is its bulk, which makes it impossible to fit the VHF in this case into my PFD. I wasn't puling and dragging the case or mistreating it, it simply sat under the decklines of the boat and that it seems is enough for the friction to wear through the bag and create holes in the bag.

Broke after first use
The plastic clip came off the case and does not close after first use. This happened with the key holder case i got from your brand on here aswell. Very poor quality for such an expensive product.

A great product
Bought these to enclose hand held radios for use when sailing. A perfect way to guarantee the safe use of radios at sea and to retrieve if accidentally drop overboard. They really do float and keep the enclosed radio absolutely dry and usable. They operate very well indeed through the case without having to open the casing.
