Good balanced set, decent plastic, solid value
Good collection of discs. Keystone is a competent putter with decent glide. Fuse is a straight mid-range with no clear flaws. Saint is a good fairway driver for beginners on up. And the Ballista is a fast distance driver, though beginners will have trouble getting the most out of it.The plastic on this set is nice. Feels solid, doesn’t get torn up right away, starts a little sticky but smooths up quickly. Fun colors, cool patterns.Good weight on all discs, doesn’t feel cheap. Little marker disc is a nice bonus, but doesn’t feel throwable.Overall the set is a great value, and I’ll be using every disc often moving forward.

Fantastic deal. Great set to start with.
The short version is these discs are a great value and everything you need to start playing or to practice throwing different shots. They aren't the most durable discs, but I don't think they are worse than DX or other basic plastics. The long version:They are beautiful discs. The burst is really nice. The plastic is grippy. No issues with the mold.I have thrown these a LOT in the two weeks I've had them. I have 9 other discs in my bag, but these have gotten a lot of use. They are already showing a lot of wear, as expected, but they certainly aren't going to be trash anytime soon. They have seen quite a few trees and rocks, and are holding up okay. I haven't noticed much difference in flight yet.The Keystone is my new putter. I was putting with a Pilot, which is almost identical, but I like the feel of the Keystone better. Flies strait, glidey, easy to control. The Fuse is now one of my favorite discs. Thrown on a hyzer, it is a lazer beam. Thrown flat and you can get some beautiful turnovers. Very predictable. The River was a little more stable than I expected, but I've liked it. I haven't quite dialed it in. Sometimes I turn it over, sometimes it fades quick. I'm not consistent enough to trust it on tight fairways yet. The glide is super surprising. Seems to fly strait up in a headwind. The Saint didn't get a lot of action, because I can throw my Truth about as far and it has a more reliable fade, but it seemed decent. The Ballista was less stable than I was expecting. I was actually able to turn it over a little bit on a flat throw and get some nice distance out of it. It still might be a little much for me (throwing a Musket as my go-to driver right now), but it worked for me better than expected. All in all, great value and a nice set for beginners or those that don't have a ton of arm speed (me). The Fuse, Keystone, and River (and the mini!) are staying in my bag.

Good beginner set
Just started disc golf and am having fun. These are not too high tech but do the job when you are just starting out.

Nice set of discs for this beginner
I got what I expected based on the description. I can't offer detailed evaluation because I'm a pretty raw beginner and I'm still learning to throw the disc at the proper speed, angle, etc. Bad throws are due to me. I like the variety and the colors (I was hoping to get mostly bright colors because the courses around here tend to be covered in brush).

The best starter set out there!!
All base plastic set of discs to get anyone started. The plastic is nice out of the box but will show signs of use after your first round. You can easily use this as a starting point without restrictions I still bag these even after diving headfirst into the sport 50+ discs later. All your beginning needs are met with a putter, midrange and fairway driver at usable weights and product quality. I bought several starter sets from different manufacturers this is by far the best investment for the money for an average adult. If your looking for a kids set or lower mobility players I’d recommend the Innova set due to lighter weight discs.

Love these discs
Got this as a starter pack for myself, I love all the discs (except the Ballista as my arm speed isn't up to throwing a 13 yet). These all came in weights over 172g which is a little much for new players, but not crazy. The keystone putter has a ton of glide, I love this disc for approach shots that are 150ft out. The Fuse, is a pretty solid understable Mid that also has a TON of glide, pretty flat on the top which i really like, feels good in the hand and kinda just stays on the angles you put it on, Very good tunnel shot disc. The Saint, ooooh buddy the SAINT, this is my go to disc. It's nice and flat on the top, flies for days, and pretty much a point and shoot disc, it just goes. The plastic for these is Retro or base, and thus is not very durable, you'll get chunks and gouges but for the price you can't go wrong. I bought a 2nd set to back up my 1st because I like all these discs so much. Wouldn't recommend for kids or slow slow arm speed throwers. Intermediate skill/arm speed.

Great set of disc
Like the title said, it's a great and solid beginner set of disc. I've been playing for a little under 2 months and also have a few starter sets. Base Innova disc set, Innova dx disc set, dynamic disc set and this set.Currently I rotate this set with my dynamic disc set and I consider this my 2nd or 1st set to use when I go out to do field work. It's great especially once it's bead in well. You'll understand how each disc fly.If you like the feel of soft plastic with good grip. I recommend this as a 1st set or back up set.

Great value for good disc. Easy to break in !
I got the river fairway driver instead of the ballista distance driver. The river is a great disc … that’s why I already own it. I was really excited to try out the ballista. Having two fairway drivers and no distance driver isn’t really a complete “starter set”. Packaging wasn’t tight so the disc moved around and scuffed each other up, but that’s not a big deal. Update: after contacting customer service this issue was resolved quickly.
