I bought this in an effort to combat the acidic PH in my body. Because of the recent development of a "pre-diabetic" blood sugar level, I have been on mission to lower it by eliminating sugars and lowering my carb intake. However, sticking with proteins and fats tends to create an acidic PH-- plus, I have noticed a mild heartburn later in the evening.Rather than becoming dependent on antacids (never a good idea), I have been researching foods and supplements that can affect PH level towards the alkaline and I found this product.The mild heartburn has all but disappeared, and I feel more comfortable overall. When I next test my blood and urine PH, I'll try to get back to report if there's been any significant change for the better.

Bought for gut health-overgrowth. Haven't seen any improvement yet, but not done with the bottle yet. There were several broken capsules in the bottle, so they were all covered in the gse dust, making them bitter to take. Easy to swallow otherwise, not too big.

I take 3 caps daily to prevent yeast. If I don't take it, I start getting sores in my mouth. It is a good value and is as easy to swallow as any capsules are. I will continue to buy this--great product!!

I’ve used liquid GSE for over twenty years. It’s amazing for relieving an upset bloated stomach from anything from overeating, stomach bugs or food poisoning. I’ve used it for all of those problems with excellent results and never traveled without it. This is a powder form which I’ve never seen, so I tried it. We both have had a stomach bug he brought home from work so we both took this several times with no noticeable benefit. It doesn’t work like the liquid GSE for stomach issues. It might be ok for a C supplement but I’ll stick with the liquid form it’s reliable and it works.
