The Puritan Pride product has 20mg of Lutein I paired it with Trader Joe's Super Vision which only has 2 mg Lutein but it has 5 other eye health nutrients, When I took either by themselves I did not see a big difference, but when I took them together it was if the world was a brighter place.I know that is not scientific, but the difference was very noticeable.
