I go this bed for my mother. The installation was very, very simple. The Customer Service is EXCELLENT and VERY, VERY HELPFUL. The functions of the bed work efficiently and it's mobility ie moving the bed, when needed, is also very easy and could be done by the attending nurse on her own. It'rs silent operation of moving parts is also a vital part. I recommend this bed for anyone needing a well-equipped bed at home for patients.

I received it in good condition with excellent service from the company. Good value for the money. The 3 functions of the bed works great with only low current requirement. Bed moves higher than expected which is good. I highly recommend anyone who have old or disabled family member TO BUY this bed as it would be great comfort for them and makes the caretakers work easier.

ordered for my relative in India and the service was excellent. on request they delivered it 5 days in advance and was assembled on site! The bed is very good quality and my relative is pleased with it.

The fancy side railing for which we pay almost 10k more are useless. My patient has fallen off this bed twice and once she broke her arm and the second time she hurt her head very badly. Once the bottom left one gave in and the other time the left top one. The railings are fitted to a very flimsy metal sheet which gives in when there is load on the railing. Also the bottom steel sheet is so flimsy that I have had to get the bottom welded locally as else the bed was not able to go up or down. The sales and support staff as well as their service is excellent, however let down by a inferior product. I am trying to get regular full railings fitted but it seems its not possible. Thus I have to put a stool under each of the 4 railings, propping it up hoping that it will hold incase the patient puts weight on it. If at all you decide to buy this kind of a bed, my suggestion is to go in for a full railing type and not these fancy ones.

This product was delivered in defective condition. The up and down lever was jammed and not working. I tried to contact Divyayog for this repair and service...they are very careless fellow and defective bed ate useless for my mother. Purchasing through online is very risky and not Service assurance. Suggesting not to buy. Huge loss of money as well care of my mother. Pathetic

After sales service is good. Bed is very good.
