Got this for my kid as their first phone for middle school. Honestly, it’s been great so far. The phone came in really good condition, looks nice, and everything works the way it should.For a first phone, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, and this was a really good choice. It does everything my kid needs — calling, texting, apps, pictures, etc. The size is also perfect, especially for a younger kid.Very happy with it for the price. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a simple and reliable first phone for your child.

Apple iPhone 2se 64gb this phone works great it was well worth the money this was a replacement phone for my daughter cause her old one stopped working this phone was refurbished but I was ok with that because I know what I was getting but for the price it was amazing and the phone looks like it was brand new the camera quality is great the screen size is in the smaller size but that ok because it’s for my 12 year old daughter and it’s fit perfectly in her hands so if you’re on a tight budget but want a new quality phone this is well worth it I love it I ended up getting one for myself highly recommended

Why I ordered this item: My daughter cracked her old phone screen and I didn't want to pay full retail for a new one. The renewed price on this was pretty crazy good so I gave it a shot.Likes:* The screen and body look clean. No scratches I can find even up close, not just at arm's length.* It came with a charging cable and powered on right out of the box, already wiped of whatever the last owner had on it.* Battery health is showing in the 80s on the settings page.* It's small. I forgot how nice a smaller phone feels in your hand compared to the giant ones everyone has now.* Setup with my carrier was quick. Popped in a SIM and it found signal on its own.No likes:* No headphones in the box, so if you need those factor in buying some separately.* The battery drains kind of fast if your doing anything heavy like video or maps.* Home button feels a little mushy compared to what I remember from these.Would I pay full price for this product: No, only makes sense at the renewed discount.Final thoughts: For a backup phone or a kid's first phone this is a snazzy little option. The battery is the weak spot so don't expect all day use if you're a heavy phone user.

Battery was at 95%. Phone appears and acts as new. One tip: it came with a screen protector, and that covered the ear speaker where you hear calls. I removed it. Amazing value and the quality of Amazon Premium Renewed is better than promised.

Very impressed with this iphone! I have never ordered a refurbished phone before so I was very nervous. But it came the next day and had no scratches and looked brand new and was easy to activate. It is a lot smaller than any other phone, but Perfect starter iphone for my 10 year old son! He absolutely loves it!

Contacting this company is next to impossible. They ignore emails and phones calls. The phone froze when I was installing my profile and programs. iTunes locked up on the phone and then the phone locked up and would not clear. After several youtube videos and calls to iPhone Geeks, I was finally able to get it unlocked (no thanks to the seller) The battery only stays charged for 2 hours then goes dead. Once I finally got it programed and operating, the phone is good, but it's dead after 2 hours of use. All of my apps are turned off and the phone is set to power save modes. Essentially all I use it for is to play music from and for that it works great. Customer service from these people is lacking though

I've had an IPhone SE for years. I like this model because it's nice and compact. I don't want an enormous phone to carry around. All I use it for is calls, texts, and occasional web browsing. But the screen on my old one was crumbling (literally) and the hard drive (64 gigs) was almost full. I decided it was time to replace.Apple no longer sells them, so I looked for a used/reconditioned one. They are not hard to find and the prices are pretty reasonable. I chose this one because Amazon has always been good about product support.The phone is like new. Mint condition. I loaded everything I needed from my old phone and all is well. My ONLY concern, and the reason this has four stars and not five is that the battery is not an Apple battery. My phone periodically reminds me of this. There are some fairly minor functions relating to battery function that appear to be compromised. I would like this phone to last as long as my old one (several years) so , so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Visibly flawless. Wish battery health was a bit better but heard the battery life on these models isn’t great to begin with. Price can’t be beat for a backup Apple phone. Would recommend this particular seller Bonjour L’Electronique. Thanks

I am not liking the cable type even though it was a braided cable and the charger was very cheaply made but the phone had no scratches, blemishes, cracks, fingerprints and was such a fantastic upgrade for my mother's iPhone 7 she had before I bought this upgrade for her!I'm so impressed with this one!Battery's capacity was @ 96% and I was blown away seeing that!Was almost dead so I had to charge it when I got it set up but other than that, was a BREEZE for everything that this phone offered!My mom's so happy with it and I love that!Excellent refurbished product!I definitely recommend this to anyone on a strict budget wanting a great phone at a great price point! Ok, so I ordered this re-furbished phone because I'm going on a cruise and I can't take my business iPhone phone with me.When I opened the box, I was very impressed. The phone was absolutely like brand new. No scratches, the screen was perfect and everything worked. I set it up and everything went smoothly. It charged with no issue and the battery life, so far (its only been a few days) seems good.The only tiny issue that I can find so far is that the phone doesn't come with the pin device that opens the SIM card slot. Not a huge issue at all as I have a couple of them, but someone else might not.As for setting it up, there was no issue at all. It connected to my WiFi without problems and updated itself as soon as it connected.Now I still have to add it to my wireless phone plan, but I expect that will be very easy.I would recommend Canadian Outlet (company that fulfills Amazon's requests) as like I said, I was extremely impressed by the phone that I received and it was also a very good price.As for the Amazon side, product arrived on-time and was packaged well for shipping.

Battery capacity was in at 80 per cent, but the phone is in good working order, and I am happy with the purchase so far it working as intened. phone came in box with a charging cord ( they don't always work), and shipping was good. I was gonna give a four star , but it came as described and works, and no issues so far, so that makes it a 5 star purchase. Thanks
