A surprising use for this!
I'm not sure how to judge it as a color developer. I had read to use this type of product to remove the stains of crazing of the glazed finish on chine and pottery. You just wet the piece lightly, brush this on and let it sit overnight without drying out. Voila, the stains will be gone.

A great product. Will definitely buy again. I like bleaching my hair and making it pretty colors so always needing more peroxide developer!! Also if you don’t have long long hair you don’t have to use the entire bottle in one use. I get sometimes 2 mixes with one bottle.
