Beautiful soft angora wool. Bought to make baby items. Started with a little newborn bonnet. Easy to crochet with and holds its shape well. I used a 4mm hook for this project as I wanted it to be lacy but would work with a smaller hook too.Available in a wide variety of colours.

Lovely yarn, really soft and a lovely shade of cornflower blue. A dream to crochet with but you’ll need to use a 2mm hook. 10/10 would recommend

While this product is advertised as 100%angora, what i didn't realise until I received it was that this was made from angora rabbit hair sourced from China. Not angora goat. They're is no way to gauentee that this is crulty free, so I have to return this and the other balls purchased

I ordered this along with another yarn to double up for a kind of mohair type blend. Although the blending technique does work with the angora, the overall base is a bit thicker than a mohair string - so don’t get caught out thinking you can get away with it as lace weight, it’s more along the 2-3ply size. I still love it and have changed my pattern to use both this along with a 4ply yarn as a DK substitute and the guage worked out just fine.

I have started knitting with the wool. It is fabulous! So soft, i thought the fluff would bother me but so far its been OK. I even managed to find some old angora patterns from the 60s, they are back in fashion, loved it so much bought the mint green!
