Some of the best screws on the market, Spax used to be pretty much everywhere but lately they are getting harder to find

Great screws
Really high-quality screws. Went into metal door no problem with no stripping at all using a power drill. Highly recommend.

Cam out with the included driver bit -- or any driver bit!
I took a chance on these screws because they were advertised as "no-strip," even though they used a combo Phillips/square drive bit. They are labeled as driveable with a #2 square bit, but my #2 DeWalt square drive bits won't fit these screws. So I used the included combo drive bit -- and immediately cammed out the first screw -- trying to fasten a 1/2" thick section of plywood to a 2x4 stud. I even tried pre-drilling a hole and -- cammed out the next screw. If I put all my weight on the screw and kept the drill *perfectly* perpendicular to the wood, then I could get the screw to just start to countersink -- until it cammed out. I can't believe that my experience is unique, so I can't figure out why anybody would ever buy these screws more than once. Beware!
